So this was a really interesting, multi-year project working with one of the world’s largest brands. GE was going through a fundamental transformation from the top down. GE was looking to not only find cost savings through digitization, but provide a better customer experience as well. We helped them minimize their carbon footprint, save printing and mailing costs, while delivering more personal and up to date product information via a series of different catalog applications. What started as a proof of concept for Microsoft Windows desktops became a suite of tools for Macs, iPads, and iPhones. As the product evolved so did the adoption by many GE divisions.
